When you upload flat rates into Xeneta for Air Freight, they appear in the "My Prices" pages with the label "N/A" in the weight column. Since there are no weight ranges associated with the rate, "N/A" indicates that it has been classified as a flat rate. Flat rate prices are still compared with the market, however, we compare them against the 500+ KG weight break when calculating the difference between your flat rate price and the market benchmark. Your flat rate is still assigned to a comparable service level, however, the weight bracket component is not present and the rate is automatically compared with the 500+ KG market rate.
