You can export your list of prices from the My Prices page and their related market benchmarks to an Excel report. This report provides all of the information available about your rates and their performance in the market.
To export a report, simply click the (Export to Excel) button and then choose the date for for which you want to generate the report. Your file will download automatically or, if your report is large and requires additional processing, you'll be notified of its availability through email. You can find all your generated reports on the Reports page.
There are two different ways to export your prices from the "My Prices" pages. Both methods are explained below:
From the Price Overview
"Price Overview" refers to the high-level view of your trade corridors where you are able to see a visual display of your price performance in terms of prices above or below the market benchmark (shown below).
If you'd like to export this full list, simply click the "Export to Excel" button (box with down arrow) in the upper right area of the screen. If you would first like to apply filters before exporting a report, select your filters first, then click the export button.
After exporting the report, the resulting Excel file will contain the following columns:

Freight Forwarder | The freight forwarder attributed to your rates, if you have filtered by a single freight forwarder |
Freight Forwarder Count | The total number of freight forwarders in this row's collection of prices |
Price Count | The total number of prices you've uploaded for this collection |
Covered Prices | The total number of prices Xeneta can benchmark within this collection |
Coverage Percent | The total percentage of prices Xeneta can benchmark within this collection |
Tradelane Count | Total number of tradelanes within this collection |
Price Count Below Market Average | Total number of your prices below the market average |
Price Count Below Market Low | Total number of your prices below the market low |
Price Count Below Market High | Total number of your prices below the market high |
Prices Below Market Average (in %) | Total number of your prices below the market average in percentage |
Prices Below Market Low (in %) | Total number of your prices below the market low in percentage |
Prices Below Market High (in %) | Total number of your prices below the market high in percentage |

From the All Prices View
When selecting the "All Prices" tab at the top of the table, the first 100 rows of your uploaded prices will appear. You can export a full list of prices from this view as well. Just as with the price overview view, you can filter these prices first before exporting them to Excel.
Exporting prices from the All Prices view provides several additional columns of information about your exported prices. The columns provided are explained below:
