When displaying your uploaded freight rates, Xeneta by default uses its own THC methodology based on the origin and destination regions of the freight.
This methodology may not always match the actual THCs associated with your rates and as a result you may notice that the prices within Xeneta are different from what you expect. In this case, you may prefer to use the THC - User option for viewing your rates. Instead of using Xeneta's THC methodology, this option will use the THCs that came with your uploaded rates.
Setting the THC methodology to use the THC - User option will update the prices shown by all analytics features with Xeneta, including the dashboard, the My Prices page, and the My Spend page. Exported reports will also take into account the THC - User option.
Where is the THC selector?
The My THC selector is located in the top-right part of the screen, along with the other market metrics.
For instance, if you have rates from Europe to Oceania, Xeneta will display OTHC values by default. However, if the rates you uploaded to Xeneta did not contain THC information, then you can view the original prices — without THC — with the User THC methodology.
